Sarahnee Peacock is a GP Partner at East Norfolk Medical Practice in Great Yarmouth with a rich, multi-disciplinary background spanning medicine, veterinary science and community leadership. Originally qualifying as a veterinary surgeon from the University of Glasgow in 1988, she worked for ten years with both large and small animals before transitioning into human medicine. Her clinical expertise and passion for integrated care have since shaped a distinguished career in primary care leadership.
Sarah has served as Clinical Lead for Children, Young People and Maternity for both Great Yarmouth & Waveney CCG and the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB). She was also an executive member of the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Board and chaired the pioneering Children’s Health and Integrated Care Board — a forward-thinking multidisciplinary team designed to enhance children’s services across the region. As the Clinical Lead for CVD RightCare in Norfolk and Waveney, she has helped drive improvements in cardiovascular health. On behalf of Norfolk and Waveney ICB she has presented on sleep and COVID in pregnancy and collaborated with Protect Now on preventative public health initiatives. Sarah has also represented the East of England on the Local Medical Committee, advocating for the needs of clinicians and patients alike.
Passionate about inspiring and enabling young people, Sarah has led the development of innovative multidisciplinary projects to empower local youth and work with employers to open up meaningful pathways into work — a concept she describes as “reworking employment.” Beyond clinical leadership, she hosts a weekly two-hour show on Harbour Radio, where she encourages listeners to “look out and up, not down,” sharing everyday tips on health and wellbeing.

Philip is a seasoned and successful General Manager and consultant who has built a strong reputation for guiding organisations and their leaders through significant operational and technical change. His career spans ICT strategy, service delivery, and business transformation — from leading large support teams at BT Business managing budgets over £400 million (at todays prices), to installing renewable-energy systems in a 200-year-old off-grid property, and running web and ICT ventures via PW Consultants. He’s skilled in team building and leadership, developing ICT strategies, negotiating complex service-level agreements, and supporting senior leaders in employment-relation matters.
Professionally, Philip has been registered as a Chartered IT Professional (CITP), elected a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS), registered as a Chartered Engineer (CEng), and elected a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET). Over the years, he has advised and supported many senior managers during disciplinary, redundancy, and grievance hearings. He has also mentored and assessed applicants for professional registration as Chartered Engineers and Fellows of the IET.
Now retired, Philip remains active in his trade union, having been a member for over 50 years and held senior roles as a lay representative. He also contributes his time and effort to voluntary organisations, including local trades councils. To relax, you’ll find him walking the Broads with Julie, his wife, both behind the lenses of their cameras, or staying on the leading edge of internet and web technologies.
