Pam is running 100 miles for her challenge this December

You are invited to meet her partway through her daily run at the Lighthouse Medical Centre and run or walk with her as far as Townsend Close to show support & encouragement.

She and others hope to open Faith House next year to help transform the lives of people in Great Yarmouth who have fallen on the hardest of times. They will be working in partnership with Hope Into Action, a Christian homelessness charity.

They need to raise at least £10,000 to make Faith House safe, secure and comfortable. Pam hopes that her efforts this December will help kick-start the fundraising.

She is asking for sponsorship as she attempts to run 100 miles during December. She insists this will be far harder than her Icy Dips in Advent challenge, which she completed last year. To reach her goal, she will need to run 3 to 4 miles every day with no days off. She’s no speedster, so each run will take up to an hour—though she is looking forward to earning an extra portion of Christmas pudding this year!
