My name is Tina Cleveland I am the founder member of Gorleston Menopause Mayhem and also a writer.
I started the group back in 2022 after coming out of lockdown. I was menopausal and struggling; I guessed I wasn’t the only one.

Hi I am Hayley
I am a Naturopathic Health Coach and I focus on helping people with age related health concerns to identify their health goals, and empower them to make small, manageable and sustainable changes so they can can achieve them.
I provide personalised support to help you confidently address the health concerns that often arise with age. I grew up in Great Yarmouth, my upbringing was by no means smooth, but I'm married and based in Caister now. I'd love to give some of my time to help people who may not normally be able access health coaching.

Weekly Creative Play for Families
We are Magic Acorns, an early-years arts community rooted in Great Yarmouth, dedicated to creating meaningful creative experiences for babies, toddlers and their families. We believe that even the youngest children are powerful thinkers and makers, capable of shaping their own creative journeys when given the space, time and materials to explore. Our work centres on designing multi-sensory, artist-led environments where families can play, experiment and discover together in ways that are open-ended, non-judgemental and grounded in curiosity.

A Journey from Novelist to Founder

We are a Community Interest Company, is a well-known local organisation, providing support and education for communities across Norfolk and Suffolk. ACE primarily operates from two sites, one in Norwich and one in Great Yarmouth. ACE provides support programmes, skills and qualifications for young people and adults, who require additional and individualised help to progress within education, into employment, or further training.

Hi, I am Emma Armstrong
I am a qualifued creative arts or health and welbeing facilitator. My work is rooted in a belief that art has the power to transform lives, promote wellbeing, and give every individual — regardless of background or ability — a means of expressing themselves.
I run workshops for a variety of groups and one to one including refugees, wellness days for local companies, charity organisations and carers. I focus on improving self esteem, self confidence, identity, self care and mental health support.
