Paradigm NeurodiversityLow-Cost ACT Therapy Now Available for Children and Young Adults

Paradigm Neurodiversity is offering affordable Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for neurodivergent young people under 25.

Paradigm Neurodiversity — whose ethos is "Changing the Narrative, Not the Child" — is providing creative ACT sessions designed specifically for children and young adults.

What is Creative ACT for U25s?

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) focuses on psychological flexibility — staying open, present, and adaptable. For neurodivergent young people, this approach supports recognising individual strengths, honouring personal needs, and empowering them to become their authentic selves.

A Tailored Approach

Rather than focusing on 'fixing', these creative sessions emphasise validation, self-compassion, and self-acceptance. Using art, writing, and storytelling, young people can explore their values, manage emotions, and build confidence. Each session is individually tailored, with sensory and communication adaptations to ensure accessibility for all.

Better Outcomes

The aim is to empower neurodivergent young people to live with greater self-understanding and purpose, improve their mental health, and engage more positively in family, education, and community life.

Sessions are £40, with a FREE initial consultation.
