Meditation for Menopause - New for 2026

This course of 4 one hour classes is specifically designed to guide you through a variety of types and techniques of meditation and mindfulness that can be effective in supporting you through menopause, peri-menopause and post menopause. You'll learn some key science behind how meditation can counteract and bring balance to the symptoms you're experiencing. You'll be taught a variety of tools that can be integrated into your life, to help navigate menopause.
Classes taught by Emma from Watch the Sunrise – a trained Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation.
