This 1 hour taster session is for people who have not yet attended any meditation and mindfulness sessions with me and is suitable for those with no meditation experience. This is the perfect way to come along and try my class before signing up to attend a block of four. You will be guided through 3-4 different types of meditation, will be given an introduction to how to meditate, and learn some of the science behind it and the benefits of it.

Once you’ve been to a taster session, you can book onto the Foundations of Meditation 4 week block or the Meditation for Menopause 4 week block.
